A former hotel in Douglas could become nine apartments under new plans.
The former Marina Hotel on Loch Promenade in Douglas would be transformed under the proposals from owner Richard Copisarow of Port Erin.
The hotel closed in the late 1990s and has lain unused since then.
In his application, Mr Copisarow says the building does not have any parking provision, and there wouldn't be any if the plans were given the green light.
