A fisherman from Peel has been given until today to return to the Isle of Man or face arrest for breaching his bail.
Shaun Ray Thomson of Fenella Terrace was excused appearing before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
Defence advocate Jim Travers told the court his client had been given permission to collect a fishing vessel from the UK, but problems with the boat meant his return had been delayed.
Magistrates agreed to vary a bail condition and the 27 year old will have to report to police headquarters by 9.30am on Saturday.
