A fisherman was taken to Noble's Hospital by helicopter last night.
The crew member was rescued from a vessel which was off the south coast of the Island after suffering a medical condition.
Douglas Coastguard says it was tasked to man the landing site at the hospital to help the incoming rescue helicopter.
