The results from a consultation about changes to first-time buyer schemes are expected to go before Tynwald in May.
That's according to Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall, who faced questions in the House of Keys this week from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse.
A public consultation into changing the Shared Equity Purchase Assistance Scheme closed in January.
Mr Crookall explained the proposed changes:
