The House of Keys will reconvene today after a lengthy summer break with a packed schedule of issues up for debate.
	 
	Chief Minister Tony Brown will be asked about the prospect of out of town retail parks after one in particular has been linked to the Island.
	 
	He’ll be asked about the impacts such a development would have on local retailers.
	 
	The fate of the old prison on Victoria Road will also be up for debate.
	 
	In total there will be 14 questions for oral answer and four for written reply.
