A Tynwald committee looking into Island laws around fireworks will be taking evidence later this week.
The Select Committee of Tynwald on the Fireworks Act 2004 will hear evidence from Judith Corrin, whose public petition seeking changes to the rules around fireworks led to the panel being set up in February this year.
Legislative Buildings in Douglas remains closed because of the Coronavirus pandemic and, as a result, the committee, staff and witnesses will carry out the proceedings remotely.
It'll get underway from 2.30pm on Wednesday with members of the public able to listen to its progress via the Tynwald streaming service.
