Fire crews were called to reports of smoke coming from an industrial unit in Braddan yesterday afternoon.
It happened around 1pm on Wednesday, January 14.
The source was found to be an industrial tumble dryer in a laundry room.
According to the emergency service, firefighters quickly brought the blaze under control.
It adds this stopped flames from spreading further.
