Emergency Services spent five hours tackling a gorse and heath fire earlier today.
At around 11.30am Kirk Michael and Ramsey Crews used off-road vehicles, hose reels and beaters to extinguish the blaze in Druidale.
Firefighters also ensured measures were put in place to prevent the fire from spreading further up the hillside.
Crews were at the scene for approximately five hours before returning to station.
