Fire crews were called out to an unusual incident on New Year’s Day.
The Fire and Rescue Service says it was contacted by a farmer at around 3pm yesterday after a horse got stuck in piping.
The animal had trapped its leg and firefighters spent around 45 minutes freeing it.
A vet sedated the horse while they worked.
