The Island's fire service says despite recent showers of rain, campfires, bonfires and barbeques are still a danger.
On social media this week the force says the ground is still extremely dry across the majority of the Island, posing a greater fire risk.
The service says it's still receiving calls from concerned members of the public regarding campfires and BBQs.
It comes after a huge fire caused by a disposable BBQ last week, which took 40 firefighters more than seven hours to extinguish.
