A bonfire in Crosby sparked a call to the emergency services on Friday.
Fire crews were alerted shortly before 1.30pm yesterday about a blaze in the village.
An out of control bonfire had spread to nearby trees and hedges.
Crews spent around 25 minutes putting out the flames and making sure the area was safe.
