Emergency services have responded to reports of a fire in Ramsey
Crews rushed to the scene late on Wednesday evening (June 25) but found the fire in a bedroom had already been extinguished.
Firefighters checked for hotspots, ventilated the building and provided oxygen therapy to a resident.
The fire and rescue service is reminding the public to regularly check their smoke alarms.
