Fire crews attended a collision this morning which saw a heavy goods vehicle end up on its side.
When Emergency Services arrived, the driver had managed to free himself and was given medical attention by firefighters before being handed over to paramedics.
Only one vehicle was involved - according to police, with the Shoulder Road at South Barrule which had shut, now re-open.
The Fire Service says it's particularly misty on local roads so motorists are urged to drive with caution.
