People earning minimum wage on the Isle of Man are being urged to make their voices heard.
The Department of Economic Development is currently reviewing the figure.
The department is asking for public views to help a committee make recommendations for any changes to the wage which is due to alter in April.
Minister Laurence Skelly says making sure the minimum wage is set appropriately is a vital part of protecting the Island's vulnerable population and will ensure high standards of living.
Submissions are wanted on the social and economic implications of the payment, effects on employment, costs to industry and impact for small businesses.
The committee says it would particularly like to hear from workers earning minimum wage with examples of their weekly incomes and expenditure and also from people aged between 18 and 21.
