A pub in the centre of Douglas is to be managed by new owners.
The Thirsty Pigeon on Victoria Street was first opened 10 years ago by father and son, Robert Snr and Robert Jnr McAleer.
Posting to Facebook, the pub said that they wish the new management the happiness they have experienced over their tenure and beyond.
They’ve also asked people to post as many pictures as they have on the page of their memories of the Thirsty in the last decade with a hashtag before the page is closed, #thethirstypigeon.
