Manx Care's Family Planning service is temporarily relocating to Noble's Hospital for three months, from today.
The service is usually based within the Central Community Health Centre, but will now be at the GUM unit at the hospital.
The health body says all contraception clinics booked through sexual health will move there during this period, while GUM appointments continue to take place as normal.
Those affected will receive a text message and phone call to ensure they go to the right location.
Manx Care says the temporary move is necessary to ensure adequate staffing of the service.
