The family of a legendary Grand Prix racer feel they've been left out of the loop on todays 'Made at the Manx Grand Prix' celebration lap.
Phil Read was a legend of the sport claiming wins in both the TT and the MGP during his heyday, in todays lap he will be represented by American racer Dave Roper.
His family say they weren't consulted on this decision, and would have liked the opportunity for a family member to take part.
They described the rider put forward as having no connection to Phil.
The parade lap will set off weather permitting at 4:45pm.
