A committee investigating the General Election will be hearing evidence regarding the operating of the event this week.
A Select Committee on the Organisation and Operation of the General Election will be hearing from nine people about their experience of the 2016 General Election.
The investigation was established by Tynwald in October with a remit to consider all aspects of the organisation and operating of the event - with the view of making recommendations for future practice.
Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson, Treasury Minster Alf Cannan as well as unsuccessful Ayre and Michael candidate Louise Whitelegg will offer their evidence on Thursday.
Members elected to the committee include MHKs David Ashford, Clare Bettison, Daphne Caine and Martyn Perkins with MLC David Cretney elected as its chair.
Evidence will be heard in public at 10.30am on Thursday 12th January.
