The Roads Policing Unit is reminding people to make sure their licence plates are legal – after stopping a visiting supercar yesterday.
Police stopped the high-powered motor at the Ramsey Hairpin as it was about the to tackle the Mountain Road.
They took to Facebook to remind people registration plates have to be at least a certain size.
Officers say excuses such as the plate falling off on the ferry won’t be accepted.
