An estate agent has applied for planning permission for signs on a new office in the south of the Island.
Garforth Gray says it wants to brand its Port Erin office with illuminated signs.
The building on Orchard Road would have the company's pink logo and name under the plans.
In its application, it says each letter on the sign would be lit by LED lights.
