Questions are being asked of the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.
An Environment and Infrastructure Policy Review Committee has been set up to quiz Minister Phil Gawne and the chief executive Richard Lole.
The session will be held in the Legislative Council Chamber on Friday.
