Entries Invited for this Year's Photo Competition

DTL Photo Competition 2009 Underway

Entries are now being accepted for the annual Department of Tourism and Leisure Photo Competition.

The only stipulation for entrants is that they have to have been taken on the Island over the last 12 months; you are allowed to enter 2 pictures into each of the 9 categories.

The competition is geared toward giving locals a chance to promote the Island through their work; there is also £3,000 available in prize money for the best snaps.

Entries must be high quality digital images, and should have been taken between August 2008 and July 2009.

All entries should be sent to the Department of Tourism’s offices.
