A woman's had her employment tribunal against a Peel café thrown out.
Nicole Smith had lodged a complaint against Peel City Diner on Michael Street, alleging unlawful deductions from her pay and not being given written terms and conditions.
She claimed she hadn't been told a different company had taken over the café and become her new employer - but the hearing was told a letter had been sent to her about the changes.
But the chair of the tribunal said all wages had been properly paid and the company had been a reasonable employer with good employer records.
The claim was dismissed.
