Treasury Minister Chris Thomas says employers' national insurance rates will be frozen over the coming year.
In his first budget speech since becoming minister, he said the rates would be frozen - saving companies around £53 a week for each worker.
He told Tynwald that would allow businesses to plan with confidence.
