Controversial zero hour contracts aren’t being dismissed by Manx employment agencies.
The contract is flexible – allowing the employer to offer anything from no hours to full time.
Those against zero hour contracts claim that not knowing what hours to expect, especially around Christmas, can lead to more people entering into debt.
