Emergency services are currently dealing with an incident involving hazardous materials in the south of the Island.
Police and fire crews have been called to the Station Garage on Victoria Road in Castletown.
The road is closed and nearby residents are being evacuated.
Everyone in the area who is not specifically asked by police to move is being urged to remain indoors with the windows closed.
