A 'Spring clean' resulted in emergency services having to be called out yesterday.
Douglas firefighters, alongside an ambulance responded to the incident in Birch Hill, Onchan on Friday morning.
It comes after someone was having a deep clean and inadvertently mixed two cleaning products, which reacted and produced noxious fumes.
Paramedic colleagues checked the person in question was okay, and crews vented the bathroom.
The fire service is reminding people to use products in isolation and to not be tempted to 'double up for twice the effect.'
