The Ellan Vannin Hotel on Loch Promenade has 31 bedrooms, an American-themed restaurant and a gaming and virtual reality lounge.
In its website listing, Chrystals estate agents says the business employs 14 people.
The hotel is currently listed at £1,965,000.
