A man aiming to donate thousands of pounds through a 3.1-mile (5 kilometre) swim next week has already hit his £5,000 target.
80 year old Barrie Johnson is planning the swim at Ramsey Swimming Pool on Tuesday, October 28 to raise cash for Hospice Isle of Man.
He'll swim 200 lengths and has launched a JustGiving page for donations - and has already raised over £5,000.
