Parents are being warned of the potential dangers of a range of children’s dummies which have been recalled.
The Office of Fair Trading is advising people to stop using the "griptight” standard silicone decorated soothers which come in bright blue and fuchsia pink.
The dummies, which are imported to the UK by Creative Max Limited, have been sold on the Isle of Man since January this year.
Quality control checks show that the product doesn’t meet safety standards as the teat can become detached which is a potential choking hazard. Some of the teats may also tear.
Anyone who has one of these products is advised to stop using it immediately and take it back to the shop it was bought from for a full refund.
