A yellow weather warning is in place this morning, with motorists warned about icy patches on roads.
Yesterday, Ronaldsway Met Office issued the warning as temperatures threatened to dip below freezing.
Forecasters say routes on higher ground over 1,000 feet will be worst affected.
The warning runs until midday.
