The driver who crashed into the Creg ny Baa fanzone has been charged with several offences.
The UK registered black Honda Civic crashed into the stands in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
It caused serious amount of damage and resulted in the fans who were supposed to watch from there not being allowed spectate for the day's races.
Police say their investigation is continuing and are appealing to any witnesses who may have seen the car being driven between 9pm on the Tuesday and 3am on the Wednesday morning to contact Police Headquarters.
