Police are appealing for information after a driver caused a crash in Onchan.
The incident happened in Royal Drive just before 12.30pm yesterday.
A silver Vauxhall was blocked by parked cars when another car drove down the street 'at speed', running them off the road into a parked vehicle.
Officers want to speak to the driver of a white Mercedes, described as a 'white female in her early twenties with long blonde hair wearing sun glasses'.
