Plans have been unveiled for a 31-property housing estate in Ballasalla.
Dandara Homes has applied to build the terraced and semi-detached homes on Karran Close and Taggart Close in Rearyt Mie.
The firm was previously given permission to build 21 homes on the site.
It says the new project would form phase 2 of the overall development.
