Fifty-six buildings in the Island's capital are officially dilapidated, according to a council list.
Douglas Council says six properties have been added since the last Environmental Services Committee meeting.
However, nine properties have been taken off the list after repair work was carried out.
Properties go on the list only after the owner has been contacted and asked to carry out the work - if they don't do so, the local authority serves notice on them.
