A Shoprite store and Subway in Douglas is closing.
Isle of Man Enterprises confirmed the outlet, based on Chester street will close its doors on Saturday, April 28.
The company says employees from the store will be relocated to another Shoprite on the Island, and the Subway will also move premises.
Chief Executive Andrew Thomas blames the closure on government budgets, poor neighbourhood standards and the planned disruption to Douglas promenade.
