Douglas regeneration budget needs urgently 'topping up'

That's the message from businessman Ralph Peake - who is standing in the up coming House of Keys by-election for Douglas North. 

 

He's disappointed that the Island's capital will have to wait, as funds for the project have depleted over time, leaving the job half done.
