Those cycling along Douglas Promenade are being uged to slow down.
The Department of Infrastructure says it's received complaints of those out on their bicycles doing their daily exercise going at 'inappropriate speeds'.
Officials say the area can be busy with families, walkers, and runners also using the space.
They're asking cyclists to ride responsibly and think of others when out and about.
