A music business says it's hoping to open a new facility in Douglas next month.
Mannin Music says it's now won planning permission for a rehearsal studio above the former Bar George on Hill Street in Douglas.
It's now asking musicians to get in touch via its Facebook page if they'd like to book spaces.
And it says it's hoping to open its doors for the first time on Monday, September 7.
