A court’s heard a man ignored requests to make a statement to health and safety officials about a crash in Glen Helen.
Benjamin Hughes of Glencrutchery Road in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
He denies a single charge of contravening a requirement imposed by a health and safety inspector between July and August this year.
Prosecutor Hazel Caroon told the hearing the 40-year-old was a team leader for Colby- based landscaping company Roots to Shoots.
The hearing was told the firm was working next to the TT course when the crash happened on June 3, and inspectors had wanted Mr Hughes to make a statement about signs used to warn motorists.
He was bailed to appear in court again on January 7 next year.
