Firefighters in Douglas came to the aid of a person who had fallen on to a sea wall ledge in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Crews attended the scene at Lock Promenade at 12:40am to assist the recovery of the casualty on Monday, July 9.
A section of railing was removed to allow ambulance services to gain access and treat the casualty.
The whole operation lasted around 40 minutes.
