The Douglas Borough Council will be setting their rate levy for the next financial year this Friday.
The meeting will commence with Council leader David Christian presenting his annual report and presentation of the budget speech.
In a preamble to his presentation Councillor Christian has said their Fiscal Strategy has been shaped by further government cuts to funding and rising energy and fuel costs.
Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting which will take place in the council chamber of Douglas Town Hall, commencing at 10.30am.
