Douglas Council has spent more than £2,515 on metal fencing surrounding the Spring Valley changing rooms.
Barriers were installed in March last year after the site was condemned - these were rented for £1,584 and were in place until May.
Fencing was then purchased for permanent installation at the site for £931.14 after a review for the long term of the site in April the same year.
The changing rooms were originally closed because of water leaks and structural problems.
