Off-street parking, cycle storage, recycling facilities, open-plan living, a choice of carpets, lift access and a washer/ drier thrown in.
That's what dozens of Douglas residents can expect when they move into their new Douglas council flats in March.
The Dandara development cost £12.6m and will provide 66 apartments on the site of the former Athol Garage on Peel Road.
At a recent Council open day the new tenants were given the chance to take a virtual tour of their new homes.
Leslie Smith who has lived in Lord Street since the 1990s was among them and says he "can't wait to get the keys"
"I’m sure there’ll soon be a little community formed of familiar faces from Lord Street," he added.
"I’ve been very impressed with how the council has been so supportive throughout the whole process."
You can take a virtual tour of the new apartments here.
