Douglas City Council says it has accepted an offer for a landmark site in the heart of the capital.
The local authority placed the Lord Street flats on sale in November and have announced today they have accepted an offer for the site, subject to contract.
It says proceeds from the sale will be reinvested into future housing projects for Douglas.
The details of the offer are commercially sensitive but the Council says it will release more information when the contract is completed.
