The Island's cybersecurity office is warning people to beware of heroes offering help if you've been scammed.
The Cyber Security Centre for the Isle of Man says scammers will often contact previous victims offering to get their money back.
Pretending to be computer or security experts, they'll try to get even more money from people who've already been defrauded.
