Isle of Man Energy says it’s aware of a double-billing problem with direct debits.
One customer in Port Erin reported having two £380 payments taken within five days – and was told to raise the issue with his bank.
The company says the problem happened with direct debits on February 2.
It’s apologised and says customers should raise a Direct Debit Indemnity Claim with their banks to get the money back.
