'Don't overload power supplies during lockdown'

Don't overload your power sockets if you're working from home.

That's the message from Island firefighters who are asking residents to make sure sockets aren't overloaded if they're now using an office setup from home during the pandemic.

Teams say by taking extra care at home it will put less demand on the fire service.

The organisation has taken to social media to spread the message.
