Manx Utilities is asking people not to let their dogs swim in the Island's reservoirs.
The company says it's received reports of pooches being allowed to swim in local drinking water reservoirs.
It's asking owners to help them protect the Island's precious water supply.
If people don't follow rules, they could be hit with a hefty fine of up to £5,000.
