Braddan Commissioners have been told not to contact Manx Care directly as problems with the Roundhouse continue.
At a meeting of the board, clerk Colin Whiteway reported he'd been told to contact the Department of Health and Social Care instead.
Commissioners also voted to approve paying invoices worth more than £412,000 for work on the Roundhouse.
Items included flooring, blinds, valuation, architectural services and signage.
